Playwriting project led by Natasha Langridge

‘The Tree’ is the end result of a playwriting project, led by Natasha Langridge, for children and young people from Coldwaltham. The play was created using a mix of brainstorming, improvisation and writing.

They are pleased to be presenting their short theatre play at the Bradbury Meeting Hall on Wednesday 23rd July, 2014 at 8pm.

A constructive and fun play-writing project for children led by Natasha Langridge. The play is set around the magic door of a tree and the children will be using a mix of brainstorming, improvisation and writing to bring the play to life.

The above course of ten workshops are aimed at beginners and those wanting to sharpen their acting skills. Throughout the ten weeks we will work together covering:

> Creating a character; and
> Contemporary text work
